DCP 134 is an approved change to the DCUSA which obliges DNOs to give 15 months notice of changes to the definition of the red, amber and green time bands used in the common distribution charging methodology (CDCM).
DCP 136 and DCP 150 impose a similar notice requirement for some input data to the CDCM tariff model.
