This page collects information related to transparency (or lack thereof) in the power distribution sector in England, Wales and Scotland.

Ofgem is the regulator of that industry. Unfortunately, Ofgem does not appear to consider transparency to be a priority for its own regulatory action, although there are people at Ofgem who have made useful contributions to the efforts of others in this area.
